I love a good “rot” day just like the next girl, but one of my 2025 goals was to prioritize spending my time well and not just having a “vision board” but actual evidence of a life well spent. Especially as I step into the new routine of a 9-5 (technically an 8:30-5:30), the “one new thing” encourages me to get out and prioritize trying something I’ve never done before every week. Obviously not every week will have a hugeee activity, but showing up and valuing my time in even the small steps. Whether it’s scuba diving or trying a new recipe, let’s try one new thing every week together.
