Queue ‘Introducing Me’ by Nick Jonas

Hi friends! I’m hoping this page gives you a bit of insight into who I am. Self-designated hostess and devoted “phone eats first” gal, I’m the friend whose stories you’ll want to repost. As a self-designated historian, karaoke star, and Enneagram 3w2, you’ll probably find me planning my next trip or activity to try. This page will give a few fun facts about me so you can see more of my vibe behind my posts on here.

I’ve lived in Barcelona and London (which is why I’ve been able to travel so much…shoutout Ryanair!). But, it’s always been on a budget and I’ve tried to find the balance between tourist attractions and living like a local for the weekend.

College is where I really got to step out for the first time, find what I truly value, and begin to assess what I want to do with my life. What that turns out to be is pursuing creativity, building relationships, and finding purpose in everyday life. As of right now, this has taken me to Austin, Texas! Starting a job in the policy sector is incredibly exciting and fulfilling, and getting to work on this website on the side is also exciting and fulfilling.

Outside of school, I was involved in a sorority, volunteered with the Church, worked at a camp in Missouri, and started a small business of my own! (I also worked at Mamaka which is the BEST smoothie bowl place so if you're ever craving a bowl, homemade granola, or a latte...I'm your gal).

I grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma with my three younger siblings and two incredible parents. When college came around, I decided to follow in my parent's footsteps and move back to Texas to attend Texas A&M University. (WHOOP) At school, I studied International Relations with an emphasis on Politics and Diplomacy (as well as a Minor in Business). Then, I flew across the pond to get my Master’s in International Public Policy. Well, while my educational passion has been rooted in my heart for helping sex trafficking victims and advocating for better policies, I have always used my spare time to develop my more creative ambitions, some of which are featured here.
