LATTE OF THE WEEK: ICED BROWN SUGAR SHAKEN ESPRESSO

For some people, the last Christmas that they audibly squealed of excitement might have been when they were 9 and opened the Barbie cruise ship…but for me it was in 2024 when I opened up my Breville Barista Express. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to make my home into my own cafe…with speciality lattes and special attention to every cup. If you’re looking for some inspo (and to learn along with me) this page is for you!

LATTE OF THE WEEK: Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso

COMING SOON: S’MORES LATTE

INGREDIENTS: 1 shot of espresso (double shot for me)…1 tablespoon of brown sugar…milk of choice…ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

Brew your shot of espresso over 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (stir immediately after brewing). Pour over ice in a mason jar or cocktail shaker. SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! Fill your cup with ur milk of choice & ice then add your yummy, frothy, brown-sugary espresso on top. ENJOY!
